這是Kilchoman釋出的另一款非同尋常的威士忌，不是經過陳年後再進行某種酒桶的二次熟成，而是完全在300升的Tonellerie Bossuet干邑酒桶中陳年。Kilchoman使用了50ppm的重泥煤新酒，然後將其放入32個300升的法國橡木桶中至少陳年6年。結果是以50％的酒精度瓶裝，沒有添加任何色素或經冷過濾處理。

香氣：蘋果和梨的豐富氣息，帶有蜂蜜、橙皮、烘焙香料和煙熏泥煤的味道。

口感：奶油般的質感，帶有檸檬和杏子水果、肉桂和肉荳蔻等香料，以及烤橡木桶和泥煤煙熏的味道。

收結：悠長，帶有干果、香料和杏仁的風味。
